How to prepare for your sessions: 

Drink at least 64 ounces(or one half of your body weight in ounces-whichever is greater) of water per day for 48 hours before and after your Treatment(s)

Reduce your carbohydrate intake for 48 hours prior to and at least 48-72 hours after your Treatment(s). 

Eat Clean for the duration of your Treatments. (Veggies; Baked, not fried foods; Smaller portions of bread, rice, pastas, etc.; 

Reduce excessive sweets and salt intake from your diet) We have a 6-week diet plan that can provide maximum results in your body transformation.

The more physical activities you do, the quicker you will see results and the better you will feel

Our treatments are NOT replacement for a healthy lifestyle. Your participation in your treatment program will aid in successful results.
